Meet Patrice Sullivan

Qualified and experienced Psychotherapist.

I am Patrice Sullivan, and I am committed to helping you understand and edit your internal narratives so you can find more meaning in your life and relationships whether at home or at work.

As a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist with a special interest in relational issues I work with couples and individuals to give them a warm and supportive space where they can discover what it is they need and find the ways to
ask for it.

My working life is in both private practice, and as a clinician and assessor at Tavistock Relationships, an institution recognised internationally for its excellence in
relational therapy.

I hold a post graduate qualification in couple and individual psychodynamic
psychotherapy from Tavistock Relationships.

I manage my work in accordance with
the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I study continuously to improve my understanding of the complex business of being human.

Quite simply, my role is to support you as you challenge your deeply held beliefs and fears so you can bring more of yourself to everything you do and build your capacity for more meaningful relationships.

Why Psychotherapy?

Why Psychotherapy?

As life gets busier and harder and we spend more time ‘doing’ we are still all looking
for the best ways to ‘be’. The ways to unlock our capacity to find more freedom from
emotional distress, both within ourselves and in relation to our partners, family and friends.

And if we achieve this then we can free the feelings, behaviours and life choices that
are the foundations of our ability to give and receive love.

But being human is hard, not least because we often get stuck in destructive
patterns of behaviour, that can be buried far from our own sight and understanding.
